During the initial 30-day period, you are entitled to a complimentary trial of our practice management software. Following the conclusion of this trial period, charges will be incurred on a recurring monthly basis according to your chosen plan. It is possible to terminate your plan subscription at any point during the trial, and no fees will be deducted from your card.

If you want to send SMS messages through our application, you must buy SMS credits. You can purchase SMS credits from within the application login.

Number of practitioner selected 1 License

Choose the number of practitioner licenses you want to purchase, starting from 1 and a maximum of 25 licenses. The price for 1 practitioner license is AUD 40/month.

About Our Subscription

All subscriptions will be automatically renewed from your selected payment method on a recurring basis and we’ll send a receipt each time. We do not store your card details. you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel, refunds and termination of access will follow the Terms of Service. Prices are in Australian Dollars subject to change. Other restrictions and taxes may apply.

About Subscription

After the trial period ends, your chosen plan subscriptions will be automatically billed on a monthly recurring basis using your selected payment method. You will receive a receipt with each transaction. You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time, ensuring that the recurring payment is stopped, and no charges will be deducted from your card in the subsequent month.

All the plans are based on the practitioner license count. Choose the plan which is right for your team. If you require a custom plan, please contact customer support. support@kavanii.com.au

How can I change my plan ?

You can switch plans using your customer portal at any time and it will take effect from your next billing cycle.

How do I pay my subscription?

Your plan subscriptions will be automatically billed on a monthly recurring basis using your selected payment method. You will receive a receipt with each transaction.

Can I import my current data?

Are there any cancellation fees?

There is no cancellation fee. Once you cancel the subscription, you won’t be charged from the next month. The cancellation will take effect starting from the next month.
