The “Treatment Notes” and “Progress Notes” features are essential components of clinical practice used in healthcare settings.
Create your own template, or modify one of our preloaded templates. Use whatever elements you need, whether it’s a text element, multiple choice/tick boxes, or images/body charting (with annotation). Create as many custom templates as you want. For example, you can design three separate layouts: the first consultation, a progress note, and a follow-up phone contact.
