Kavanii Customer Portal is a self-service portal for our customers, which they can use to manage their subscriptions, pay for invoices, update their information and much more. The information available in the customer portal is given below.
Customers can view and update their contact, address, and payment information that’s stored in Kavanii Subscriptions.
Outstanding Invoices
The total number of outstanding invoices along with the total amount that user owes Kavanii for all their outstanding invoices.
Last Payment Made
The amount and date of the most recent payment made by customer. A link to the corresponding invoice will be present as well.
Subscription Plan Detail
Customer can view the current plan detail. They can also switch from their current subscription plan to another plan.
Convert Trials to Live
Customers can end their trial at any point during a subscription’s trial period, and immediately convert the subscription to the Live status.
Cancel Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled either immediately or scheduled to be cancelled at the end of the current term, from the Customer Portal.
Generate Statement of Accounts
The statement of accounts is a document that lists out all the transactions that have taken place between Kavanii and the customer over a particular period.
